It really is and does what it claims. It feels natural and cleanses well. Very easy and comfortable. Hygienic and disposable. Just read the instructions before use. They suggest laying down but the easiest is standing, lifting one leg and resting your foot on the bathtub edge or toilet and then inserting just like a tampon but in your... backdoor. Frankly, it is easier to insert and use than a tampon!!

This was the first time I would buy and use an enema so I shopped around and read many reviews of similar products and after finding that several people recommended this one, I ordered the 3-pack and got 6 for a good price. Almost a week's worth if you want to use it daily. It cleanses you so well that you don't really need to use it daily so you get more than your money's worth. So easy to use and hygienic as you don't need to fill it with water or refill it, I would definitely buy again.

I've been taking this product in conjunction with Naturo Sciences Garcinia Cambogia, it has worked really well. I lost 6 pounds in the first 2 weeks. So guess what?! I paid full price for this item!!!!! With so many people getting this product free in exchange for a review, it made me really unsure about how good the product really is. However I decided to give it a try after reading that everyone over 30 should be using some sort of colon cleanse. Wow! I am so glad I did! For me it worked right away, the next day I felt lighter! My husband it took a couple days, so it all depends on your digestive system. You take two capsules before bed & in the morning your body will "release" the toxins. Makes you feel lighter & cleaner on the inside which translates into more energy since you don't feel so sluggish! We have given samples to friends, they love it too & have ordered bottles of their own!
Great product with super fast results!!!

I became interested in the possible health benefits of enimas some time ago - it seems to stand to reason that cleaning out now and again should be a good thing for your body. So along with some other cleansing strategies - and after quite a bit of research into enimas - I decided to try Fleet Naturals with Aloe. I have been using the product once or twice a week for about 2 months now - and I am very satisfied with it. The containers are very easy to use, and since they are one time use are very hygenic. They come pre-applied with lubricant and there is no mess. They are easy and hygenic to dispose of in bathroom trash, just pop the applicator stem cover back on. I am a 6 foot man, so I usually use 2 bottles per application for volume - I feel like I get a better flush this way. One bottle works okay, but I feel that two used at the same time works better for me and I get better / more flow velocity on the way out - so I feel like I get a more thorough and deeper clean.

Admittedly it's not a very long period - but I have not had a cold or flu, stomach upset or anything else since I started enimas. I truly believe that digestive system health is a key to good overall health and fighting off infection. I will be continuing using Fleet Naturals for the forseable future and after a few months may consider investing in some more permanent (and expensive) enima equipment like a board. In the meantime I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it.

I think if you like me want to try the effects and look for the benefits of enimas for a while before investing in permanent and expensive equipment - then this is an excellent way to start. It's also private and unobtrusive to store these under the sink or otherwise away from prying eyes and dispose of used product bottles if you are in any way self-concious about the subject.

I’ve lost 62 pounds this year, but for the last four months I just could not seem to get the last seven pounds (my goal was 125) to budge. I stayed on my diet, I worked out every day and just seemed to hit a wall. I read about this and thought it was worth a try. Just finished the bottle last week and am happy to say that I beat my goal by three pounds! I hate to think that most of that last bit of weight was junk in my colon, but I don’t have another answer. I will continue to take this a few times a year to keep everything cleaned out and working properly.

After losing 100 pounds via lifestyle changes, I had a lot of excess skin left behind. As a result, over the last 2.25 years, I have had a few plastic surgeries to remove the excess skin. I DIDN'T use the VitaMedica Surgery Program in conjunction with any of the surgeries, EXCEPT the last one, which was to remove excess skin from my inner thighs.
